Giftart for Tidma!  It's her awesome smoky skeletal cat fursona.

So, Tidma's been going through some hard times lately and, since I've loved her character ever since I found out about her, I thought I'd make her a thing! Tidma's open to artistic interpretation on the design, so I thought it would be cool to do a picture of her cosplaying as Arvak from Skyrim.

Now, Tidma usually has dark-inky smoke that encircles her skeleton (giving her the appearance of a normal cat) but I thought it would be cool if she "pulled in" her smoke and used it to color her bones. Then, she could just have her spirit seep out, creating the blue flames. I... don't know if she can actually do any of that, but it was such a cool idea that I couldn't resist. (Sorry if I went too far, Tidma. |D)

Oh, and I tried out a new technique in this picture too. Instead of planning out the background like I do normally, I just came up with a general idea for the picture and then started painting. I thought that it would help me be more spontaneous, but it... kinda backfired, haha. I ended up having to redo a bunch of stuff, and rework the composition several times over just to get it to look alright. From now on, I'm gonna stick to my thumbnails, thank you vrry much. I just don't have the experience to easily make an awesome background without a plan like that.
